He’s helped first-time home buyers navigate what can be a tedious process, experienced sellers close deals in the luxury market, developers move multi-family new build units and investors flip dilapidated, crumbling homes. He has touched many aspects of this industry which has given him a wealth of knowledge and meaningful experiences. He has closed 100+ deals valued at $50+ M. 

HOW HE SPENDS HIS FREE TIME

“Family-time” and “friend-time” are important to him. He and his family enjoy exploring local metro parks and traveling around the world. Thomas and his wife got married in the month of December, outside on a mountain in Park City, UT. They honeymooned on a safari in South Africa. With friends, he enjoys drinking beer and or bourbon (smoked old fashions is a favorite) and watching sports. Other hobbies of his include playing acoustic guitar to the detriment of anyone in ear-shot distance, golf and skiing.
